The back 9 sunday might not be as good. But the 1st 3.5 rounds are so much better it might be worth it.

It's been quite some time since I've watched golf, but I'm very much enjoying this quieter fall version of the Masters. I like seeing everything wide open with less patrons, but I'm sure this will wear off come the weekend when I'll wish we had the roars. 

It was a bit odd watching the Masters then Thursday Night Football on the same day, but I probably shouldn't be complaining about that. Fun sports day.

Normally, that area is maybe a passing thru area to the restrooms/concessions and at the base of a billboard like scoreboard that is pretty much useless to spectators because it is 10 or more feet below the #3 green surface.

I haven't exhaustively tested this, but if you click names on masters.com's leaderboard, you see their scorecard and can see possibly every shot they hit that day.  So it isn't just for live shots.  Note:  I only checked for Tiger, might not apply for others, ymmv.

I checked DeChambeau’s first round like 3 hours after he finished and it was missing video for like 5 shots so I’m not sure if it’s all shots. Maybe they filled in the blanks and if I checked the next day they had all the shots. I mean it’s pretty darn comprehensive I’m not complaining but it *may* not be 100% but like 95%.

Dang. There are things I like about Bryson (his dedication to improving his own game, for one) and things I don't much like but if he doesn't make the cut tomorrow... Just dang! That would have to be a severe blow to him. I'm still pulling for Tiger but he's got some ground to make up...

LOL....Your statement is succinct. 

I’m not sure “they” wanted it to be found. The “the guardians of the game” want Bryson to fail, sound conspiratorial because it is. Didn’t he have a walking reporter and certainly camera people with his group? They normally call down from the truck/booth to give them the search area information after a replay or two. They have radios and telephones, not carrier pigeons and runners. They have spotters and marshals to whom they could’ve given the search area information. Ian even said on the broadcast that they were looking in the wrong place. 
 

A possible corollary to your statement: “You always find things in the last place you look, especially if it’s the right place.” Yours is shorter and better.

Aww, poor BDC. Not gloating at all..that's one sad looking face. Doesn't look like he will make the weekend. For a course where he was going to chop out 5 shots a round by turning par 5s into par 4s (bit of a brag but I don't think completely baseless) and is there for the taking like a bride on wedding night, this will sting. 

In the other hand, loving this leaderboard all around. 

Nike's green on day 1 and brown today color theme is pretty cool. I like color depth.

In his peak years, people would say that a part 72 course is generally closer to a par 68 course for Tiger because of his par 5 scoring.  But I don't ever recall Tiger himself saying it.  Bryson DID say that that about himself.  And then karma kicked in.
