I just wanted to mention what I learned about my game under feeling the pressure to hit good shots at the Newport Cup.  I first realized that five months of playing some golf after two years away from

Played nine this morning, shot 40.  I recorded almost all the shots from the round.  There was a par 3 where I did not get the two putts on film cuz a granpappy in a cart was passing me by at the spee

Good news! Seems like if you get started soon the timing will work out well for the start of the season.

Yeah, I agree with @mvmac - this all sounds like really good news. Now you know what's going on, the doctor sounded as if nearly a full recovery is possible, and I know you well enough to know that you'll put in the time and effort required.

Dreaming of the day I can post a swing video in this thread again.  Surgery is scheduled for the second which is next Tuesday.   I really hope that this will finally fix the problem.

Sounds like a reasonably short surgery. That's good.

I'll be at the dentist while you're doing that. I'm almost tempted to trade places. I hate the dentist, largely because my orthodontist screwed stuff up so badly when I was a kid.

Thanks Erik.  They called me earlier today and want me there at 6am.  Hopefully I can just head home a sleep for a while when I get there after the surgery.   I agree with you, there is not much worse than going to the dentist.  Maybe I will try and do some doped out posting tomorrow afternoon.  ;-)

      Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.

      Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.

      Didn't say anything about your understanding in my post.  Well, if you are not insisting on alignment with logic of the WHS, then no.  Try me/us. What do you want from us then?? You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.
