I've never watched any golf before I started playing myself, a bit more than two years ago.

Now I watch a lot,of golf on TV, but only really root for the two Belgian players, Pieters and Colsaerts. 
Still, I got excited yesterday and today to watch Tiger play. Even cheered him on after that putt on 16. 

Hope he can keep this up so he can compete in 2017.

This course isn't as easy as some are making it out to be. Yeah if you keep it in play you're going to have a lot of birdie chances but I'm seeing some big numbers by guys near the top of the leaderboard hitting it a little offline. Kind of like Pinehurst in that you can hit it in the stuff and have a playable lie or you have to hack out.

JB's hitting it pretty well. I didn't get to watch much today, but he had a nice chip-in and then a hole or two later, chunked a chip, changed wedges and I'll be damn if he didn't chip in again.......

They said the course wasn't playing very difficult today because it was designed with the wind in mind and the wind was minimal today.  65 is 65 so I'm happy to see Tiger score so well.

JB Holmes probably has a different opinion on how difficult the course plays if you are a little off the mark.

Poppycock.  Most of us here genuinely want to know how well Snedeker and ZJ and Russell Knox are doing this week.  The fact that Tiger is playing is a minor footnote.

What's nice about watching this tournament is the absence of "In The Hole", "BabaBooey", "Mashed Potatoes" and all the other stupid things fans yell at golf tournaments.

      Day 211 (29 Nov 24) - Friday men’s round albeit a solo foursome (temps in the 40’s, day after Thanksgiving and the average age closer to 75 - I’m a youngster at 65).  Interesting day of semi-solid play (8 of 18 GIR). Hit all four par threes in one (a first) - parred each; still had a couple 3 putt bogies; and blew up on 3 of the par 5’s (go figure)). The blow ups were some serious tree rattlers - amplifying how I got stupid and greedy instead of smart and content to just get back in the short stuff.

      Day 60 - 2024-11-29 Got about 3.5' of snow today, so I was going to go to Golf Evolution, but… I only left the house to throw some snow. Instead, i checked out my putting stroke on HackMotion in the basement. Turns out… it's pretty good, and I'm very in touch with what I'm doing.

      First time playing this game, Spanish is my native language. It was impossible for me. After 4 worlds I run out of worlds that have the letters I've already found that can be combined with the remaining letters.. just repeated the 4th world to knew the answer. I know the world but it never came to my mind.
