Spent 5 minutes do very slow swings, feeling a good backswing then feeling the hips open up earlier and more in the downswing.

More work with the Gold Flex swing trainer (about 10 minutes total). Started out with feet together, and then switched to normal stance to get more feel for overall balance. Getting more consistent shoulder rotation, fewer swings with shoulder slide .

Played a practice round at San Gabriel CC and spent a little extra time hitting a few pitches around the greens since it's kikuyu gras, different than my home course.

sigh long day at work (that's not a complaint, just a statement of fact). By about 9:30 PM, I was thinking about how much I was looking forward to getting home, and how I'd enjoy my five minutes. Continued slow swings, working on not pausing at A4. I didn't get home until about fifteen minutes ago, and if I didn't have this challenge going, I'd have not practiced golf today. But the indoor swings helped me relax after a long day. Now I need to sit and ponder how to continue doing this indoors without causing divots in my dining room carpet...

Did my 5 minutes this morning before work as per usual.

Concentrated on my key priority pieces but concentrated a bit more on correctly laying down of the shaft and added a little speed to it.

I'm hoping to be able to use my net tonight and/or go to the range tomorrow to see how it goes with a ball in the equation.

Mirror work for 10 minutes.  Worked on top of backswing and syncing hip turn and straightening right arm again.  I will be doing these two for a while.

Playing 2 rounds over the next 2 days so just spent 20 minutes on my full swing, mainly focusing on key #2 and keeping the shoulders and arms a little quieter to help my swing path.

1 hour at the range.  Working on getting rid of my old OTT problem that has reared it's ugly head again.  Solution seems to be a more full shoulder turn.
