I have to wait a bit too. I just wanted to say this is an awesome post. Huge GOT fan here. I've been stewing over this for quite some time. I've narrowed it down..but too intense to commit just yet..lol.

Even though he’s technically not Jon Snow, I’d say him. Daeny is setting herself up for something and the actors already hinted it doesn’t end the way everyone would expect, and the dragons already show contentment with Jon. Arya and Tyrion are tempting but both are “hand” worthy not king or queen. Jon has been fighting the Night Kings minions for a while. He has the best chance there. Jamie is likely joining Jon and Daeny. If Cersei or Euron wins, Ill be upset; they are both certainly ruthless enough but all their support is bought, which can’t last long against the dead. Petyr is dead, so maybe you meant varys? I dont see Sansa winning. Idk why.

Judging from some of the actors’ mentions of the ending, the “winner” might have a bittersweet victory. 

Skipped around season 1 and 2. Three is were I start forgetting what happened.

I finished rewatching, skipped through the parts that were bad - Dorne. The last season was so good, but so sped up. Had a chance to visit the Iron Throne, it was minutes away from me when it was in New York, but didn't know about it. Damn, I could have sat on the Iron Throne. Oh well. After rewatching and everything fresh in my mind, I think it's going to be impossible to please everyone, a not trivial number of people will not like who ends up ruling in the end.

Dorne was done much better in the books. There are a lot of things I feel the show did better than the books, but that story arc was not one of them.

I hope nobody wins. Let NK defeat all the characters, but end up dying himself along with the army of the dead. I don't want an ending where some fraction "wins" and gets the throne. I believe GRRM has said it will be bittersweet, so I'm rooting for an ending nobody is happy with.
