I'd like to get two AimPoint clinics in. I don't know what interest there is in other clinics. I could do an LSW clinic, but that could be done Saturday evening, too, and that doesn't really have to be "planned" since it shouldn't interrupt golf (i.e. it can be done when it's dark outside).

Possibly:

Friday afternoon/evening: AimPoint clinic (3pm?).

Saturday morning: AimPoint clinic.
Saturday afternoon: play golf.
Saturday evening (?): LSW Clinic (if desired - $59 perhaps?)

Sunday morning: play golf.
Sunday afternoon: departure(s).

Sounds pretty good to me, I know I had the aimpoint last time we had the Erie outing, but I could definitely use a refresher.

Β I think I've mentioned it once in another thread, but it's been a long time coming because we've been together on and off for around 13 years. She's finally made me put a ring on it. :-)

For planning purposes, is there an associated fee for the AimPoint clinics?

Yes. But the course will play a role in setting that.

"MSRP" is $200. These will cost less.

Well,Β a golf round cost is appx $75 (or what @DaveP043Β can work out) at Stoneleigh. As far as the clinic cost is concerned this is still not fixed as @iacasΒ is working with the pros there to get details worked out. Sorry, hopefully this will work out soon enough for everybody to still partake.

Yes, a possibility but will depend on how the clinic/clinics timing works out.

This all sounds good and I would be able to stay at my parent's house in North Potomac about 10 miles away.

I have to say, if the list stays accurate, this will be probably the biggest group I've been able to be part of. I don't think we had this many people at the first outing at Erie for the NE Ohio/Erie PA group.

It would be great if everyone showed up, but I'll be pretty happy if we get 12, and amazed if we get 16. Β I just know how it works when it gets down to real commitment, real life rears its ugly head, and the list always shrinks at least a little. Β

Can we do 2 full days of golf? :-D

I have some excuse to visit my parents anyway, but business trips and other potential commitments could get in the way. :-( But my son doesn't graduate until the following month, so from my immediate family standpoint there should be no issue. My dad's been bugging me about visiting, and I need to check out my brother's new winery.

I've said all along that we can look at 9 holes of golf Friday (maybe right after the Aimpoint clinic, if it does indeed start at 3) and/or golf Sunday late morning or early afternoon, once we get closer and get a better handle on who's interested in more golf. Β Friday we get busy at times, but weekend afternoons the demand is usually fairly low.

Weekend afternoons sound great too! I can also plan to visit my family on some mornings that we don't have a class or clinic.

Afternoons are usually more "relaxing" anyway.

Is the plan still May 6-7? If so, I have a (group) case report due that Friday and an exam on the following Monday so I will not be able to attend. I would love to, though! So if for some reason the date changes, please let me know!

Yes, it still is. Sorry you can't attend, but completely understandable.
