I'm really comfortable with my 54 degree wedge anywhere from 70-110 yds and know how far back to take it and where to grip on the club for each yardage increments, but if I had to pick one distance that I am most comfortable with, I'd say 90 yds.

It's a 9 to 3 swing with my 54 wedge.

"Perfect number" is in the hole, I'm a convert to the closer is better school.  But having said that, I feel pretty good with a "comfortably full" swing with my shortest wedge, and that goes about 80 to 85 yards.

For some reason for me it's 140 yards with my 8 iron. Have always felt really good from that distance.

As close as possible to the hole, the closer I get (all things considered) the better I am.

That being said I am pretty good from 75 yards with a 3/4 60° wedge.

For me it would have to a full PW.  That is probably my favourite club to use within 120 yards or so.  The distance for me would be 100 to 120 yards where I can hit an easy full swing and generally get it on the green

Like many others have mentioned, I would prefer to be as close as I possibly can to the hole and will always take a closer "awkward" distance pitch over a further shot requiring a full or 3/4 swing.

That said, my favorite full or close to full swing shots are my knockdown wedge yardages. I like hitting the knockdown shot because I feel like I have a lot of control with it over the distance and direction of the ball. That would be ~95 yards for the 60 degree, ~110 yards for a 56 degree, ~125 yards for a 52 degree, and ~140 yards for my pitching wedge (48 degrees).

At most of these yardages (110, 125, and 140) I could take one club less and hit a full swing the same distance, but it doesn't feel as "in control" to me and I get a lot more spin when I do that. Wedges hit with full swings at those distances will usually spin back a little ways for me, and on some greens it'll spin all the way off the front even if I land in the middle. The knockdown wedge helps temper the spin and gives the shot a lower landing angle, meaning the ball usually just stays pretty much right where it landed.

To note:  obviously, it's assumed that the closer you are the better.   But, I read the question as, "is there a particulier spot you you are much better than other people of your same skill level?"  I'm sure my playing partners and I can all get pretty close from 20 yds out, but I'm happy to wager that I'm getting closer to the pin than you from 140.

Like @Pretzel said, I'd always rather be closer.  And I have way more confidence in my 60˚ from anywhere in the 30-75 yard range than I do with a full swing with that club.  But counting only shots from the distance for a full swing with my shortest club, it's 118-125 yards (depending on the day), pin right center of green, smooth swing with my GW.

My number used to be 112 with a smooth 3/4 GW. Having not played as much as I'd have liked the past year or so, I don't have a "perfect" number at the moment. I'd have to say that a 75 yard 3/4ish 54* would be a good one for me right now.

I'm also an advocate of get it as close as one can while being safe. That said, I'm pretty comfortable anywhere from 60-90 yards with either my 54 or 58.  I'm sure that there's a distance or club that I'm better with, but I don't know what it is and am pretty indifferent between those ranges.

I like a 95-100 yards shot with an easy pitching wedge. I also like a 50 yards shot with either a sand wedge (55) or a gap wedge (50), depending on the landing area and roll out (i.e. uphill/downhill, short pin or lots of green in front, etc).
