I’m rooting for Zalatoris today. A debut winner would be fun.

You know what is confusing to me is that nobody chose him to win?:content:

Yes, but not the one for the towel ;-)

What a save that would have been for Hideki at #1.

Me, too! Since BDC couldn’t hit the broad side of the barn if he was inside. Loser.

That save by Hideki on #5 was big.

Too bad the rookie is all we have to give this a go. The ‘big names’ are all hacking it up out there. Guess nobody is gonna get the profound ‘ Faldo luck’ to take this one.

I’m rooting for Hideki, but I enjoy Zalatoris too. Hopefully if Hideki wins there will be some A5 Wagyu on the menu in 2022.

Matsuyama is playing nice golf now.

BUT

The best thing about Augusta is the scope for disaster or birdies on the back nine. It’s not over yet.

Where did you read that? The problem with Augusta is that the boring nature of the back 9 pretty much guarantees a "snoozefest". 🤣

In the race of life, always back self-interest. At least you know it's trying.
