If you could be a PGA tour caddie, who would you loop for?

Kind of an other spin on the Big 4, Big 6 - but with a twist.
If you could caddie for any PGA tour player, not just for one round or event but to be that guys regular looper - who would you pick?

I'd take Jordan Spieth - sure he has a temper, but he has game, seems like a sure way to bank a great paycheck and you could potentially have the job for 15 -20 years, maybe more.

good question.  I hear you on Spieth, that would be a solid choice. It would be cool to work with someone when they were up and coming and not yet famous, and then they "make it" on tour, so you have that relationship with them.  I'd pick Webb Simpson, seems like an easy going, down to earth guy and from reading a few articles about him I think I share his general outlook on life.  I bet caddy is one of those jobs that is much harder than it appears though.

Matt Kutchar is probably the guy I think would be the nicest to work for. It would be fun to caddy for Rory or Jason Day because of their ceiling is so high.

I'd want a front seat to the majors, so whomever has the best record, plays all of them and most likely to play on the weekend.

Henrik Stenson. Have been following him lately and some of his interview/conversations. Seems like a quirky funny in a nice way type guy. Seems focused but not dry at all. Plus high probability of winning good money and a chance to witness some great ball striking.

I'd caddy for either Dustin or Adam Scott.  Dustin because his play style is similar to mine, and Adam Scott because his swing looks good.

Ricky Fowler. Plays fast with a no nonsense routine. I'd fall asleep after 9 holes caddying for most of the other top guys.

Whichever one of them has the lightest bag.

Honestly, though, I like a lot of the previous choices too:  Matt Kuchar seems like the nicest dude ever. Rickie would be fun.  DJ would be great to see up close.  Kiradech Apibarnrat would make me look like I'm in really good shape, so he'd be another option. :-P

Oh, and I play with my dad a lot, who expects to be better than he is and when things go south I get stupid rhetorical questions yelled in my direction often enough, so I think I could handle Bubba Watson pretty well too. :beer:

Thinking out of the box here. Not knowing who he is, I'd go with who ever is ranked #150. Pretty sure I could help this guy with his mental game.

This made me curious.  If you mean current Fedex Cup standings, then it looks like Greg Chalmers is your guy.  If you meant OWGR, then Jorge Campillo of Spain is your guy. :beer:

      Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.

      Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.

      Didn't say anything about your understanding in my post.  Well, if you are not insisting on alignment with logic of the WHS, then no.  Try me/us. What do you want from us then?? You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.

      Yes, but you don't live in the UK, so you have no idea what we think about it here. It's a very different mindset here, to demonstrate the fact you should consider 9 out of 10 games we play here are Stableford, whereas you you almost solely play medal. Neither is right or wrong, it's just different  I'm trying to avoid swearing here. Once again, and for the 1000th time, I understand the system, I just don't agree with it. Is there anything wrong with that? PS, I do not have the time or patience to post my results, especially as they prove nothing  That's because 99% of the posters are Yanks
