1. You can't control getting angry, but you can control its half life. 
2. Way more things in life are not actually in your control. Control is overrated.
3. Eating processed foods make you obese. They are designed to make you crave them. 
4. Enjoyment in life comes from friends and family, not comparing yourself to others. 
5. Develop more structured habits, it makes you less lazy. 
6. Read more.
7. Take more risks. 
8. Appreciate the present more.
