Hit some balls out on the range. Mostly working on syncing up the pivot and the arm swing.

Worked on my mapping again today for about 15 mins then hit seven 7i.  Im definitely having an issue controlling the low point.  I hit 4 balls very well, 2 thin and 1 heavy.

Used my 4 hybrid to do my flat wrist at A4. Hit some Dixie cups just to check my finish. I might be a pulling a bit but am not going to worry about it too much at the moment.

Unsuccessfully tried to work on my short game today. I did do my 5 minutes of backswing work.

Practiced hitting shots that I'll be hitting next week in a tournament. I go through my whole routine/one simple feel and visualize certain shots/holes.

Also worked on distance control with wedges, 30-70 yards.

15 mins chipping - primarily worked on situations with little green to work with using my 60. 45 mins on the range working on my right elbow and wrist. I also worked on P6 - slow motion and pump drill. Followed practice with 9 holes.

Swing fan work.  I am really liking this.  It forces me to go back slow and keep my wrist cock till late in the downswing.  Then just prior to release to just after release (don't know the position numbers).  Then just backswing.  Then full swings. (With a 6i in my bedroom, 8ft ceilings, no ball)  Soft arms, light grip pressure.

Practised yesterday making slow swings with my driver, want so badly to fix my path, definitely it´s what is making me slice the ball. Really hard.

5/6: Short chips into the bucket again this morning. Can't decide if this is just a really hard motion to groove or if I'm just bad at it. I was chipping balls with my lob wedge off a little turf mat into a shallow bucket set about 4' away and was having an awful time of it (both ways, either a thin, stabby thing or some double-hits).

I did 10 minutes of mirror work.  I focused on the right elbow getting in front from A5 to 6 and the feel.  This is part of my Evolvr work.

Took the mat on the back deck and used the reflection in the patio door window to continue work on my backswing. This time makings sure I wasn't turning a bit flat in doing so.

Got my 5 minutes in today while in a waiting room.  Trying to feel like the right hip is moving toward the target again on the backswing.

I was out of town for an appointment.

Got a few strange looks from my wife, but I think she is somewhat used to it by now.

Can't win the badge, but that's no reason not to try to get into the habit now...

While waiting for my plumber, I worked on key #1 during my backswing with a club but no ball.  I used the intersection of floor tiles as the ball location.
