Pretty much any hole that requires length off the tee and doesn't provide me with a 70 yard wide safe landing area that I can miss in. An adjacent fairway to the right is good, but if the trees are too tall to fly over, I might be in trouble.

Sidehill lie, ball above my feet ... I seem to catch these ones waaaay out on the toe entirely too often.

Ball above my feet and on an upslope, which is a lie I get a lot on my course. Anytime you look at my GAME Golf rounds and a series of chunks on a hole, that's where it started.

Tee shots on tee boxes that are purposely not aimed down the fairway or  when the tee box isn't relatively flat. They both get into my head leading to some bad shots.

None, I can mess up any shot...and I can occasionally pull of any shot.

It's 50/50...I'll duff a tee shot with a 7 iron and then follow it up with a perfect fairway bunker shot. Golf...

I spend a fair amount of time in jail from pulling drives left so going to say from behind a tree. I know all shots are challenging for me as a somewhat newbie but trying to spin the ball around an object when I need too is not so easy. Set up for one last time I played and hit the sucker dead straight into the side of someone's house.  Gaaak!  I had been doing so well in the no bombing houses category.

Where I play, the greens are pretty flat and/or pretty slow . .I'm not really running into many "sliders" - good thing for me.

My swing is at the point where the shorter the iron is, the easier it is for me to swing it . .I'm comfy through the 6 iron.  The 5 iron gives me some pause.  The 4 iron is just for weird little hook shots out from under trees, etc.

So long approach shots are probably the worst ones that I commonly run into.  I tend to miss the green from any distance but if it's more than about 150 yards I'm absolutely going to miss it.

Downhill lie approach to the green with a short iron (the only ones I use) in my hand - I can add new meaning to the word FAT.  I am much better 200 yards out with a downhill lie using a hybrid.

Kittyhawk dirt trap shots. Bloody things look like a dry creek bed after a drought burned off all the water. Rocks everywhere.

All the conventional sand trap instruction goes right out the window here and I still haven't figured out how to get out of them.

Fade.  I mean the kind of fade with a tree or something in the way, and the ball will be OB or in the woods or hazard if it even goes straight.

Approach shot: Ball below the feet. Especially if it's in the rough, I'd be tempted to punch up in front of the green with a 7i, and then try to get up and down.

I know how a below-the-feet tracks for a rightie - push to right. I know hot to aim it, but I still have trouble making good contact with it. Non-punches are often wild shots.

For some reason, ball above the feet works well; I've had quite a few excellent shots from this position.

3 foot putt.  hands down.

This has given me headaches this year as well.

My actual crutch on a common shot is a simple pitch shot from light rough where I need to flight it about 10 yards. I almost always hit it too far and have it run past the hole. Costs me a ton of strokes.

They don't bother me. Even missing them. Because I know by the laws of physics, there is no way my three foot putt attempt will hook 40 yards into the trees on the left. My driver on the other hand...
