Usually the outside of my hips or my obliques. That is typically just muscle tightness.

Nothing gets sore for me after the round, but my legs can get a little tight the next day if I walked a hilly course.

Feet. By 16 they're hurting. 16, 17, and 18 are usually my worst holes as a result unless I remember to take another 2 advil at the turn.

After a good round of golf, nothing is sore. After a bad round of golf everything.

For me it is my lower back and I definitely aggravate it with with over-aggressive bad swings.  If I swing well during a round I typically have no areas of pain.

I'm in pretty good shape so I rarely get sore. The exception is an ongoing injury that occasionally flares up.

When I used to walk, my legs.  Now, I don't get sore.   If I get sore, it's all in my head.

I don't remember getting sore ever except once. I pulled a muscle in my upper left back (I'm right-handed) on the first tee once though.

It made the rest of the day shitty. However, that was my best drive of the day!

Despite several less than attractive personal habits, I don't have many problems, If I walk (and I usually do) it's the feet for me. Generally, I'm good on the course and even after the round until I get out of the car when I get back home. I step out of the car and the feet don't want to work properly. It tends to go away after an hour or so.

The only other thing is my hands might get a touch raw if I play several rounds or hit the range on consecutive days. That's rare and usually demands vacation time to make that happen,

For me it's my lower back, both achilles areas, and on my right arm, it's that muscle that extends from your forearm to just above your elbow.  That muscle causes me issues everyday though, whether it's holding something the wrong way, in my right hand, or going a little too heavy with bicep curls.

A bit leg weary from walking/carrying 18. Nothing typically hurts more than normal.  This time of year my hands can get very chapped and the thumb/index finger on my right hand will occasionally get a split in the skin.  Bandages/tape/lotion help but those splits can be painful.

Joints in my wrists... that's about all. I'm a recreational bodybuilder so muscle soreness is never a problem. And I've been blessed with a good back my whole life. But the wrist joints..... Arghh

Only when I play 3 or more days in a row I can feel a little soreness on my lower back. Other than that nothing.

    • They sure do. 158 with an 8 iron is on the high end for me
    • Went back to controlling my knees. That part was getting a bit sloppy when I worked on my backswing. Right hip didn't slide or gain internal rotation. I would just rotate back and around and the left knee would be in a bad spot. Really focusing now on keeping my left knee very stable and straighter in the backswing. I can't go back to the old pattern of overturning the hips. I was returning to my old pattern to time my downswing. Turn forever.  Left knee controls both knees and hips, acting as an anchor. Feel like it straightens a bit.   Hinge sooner and faster. Not in a way that sends the hands out and flips the club over. I still noticed when the hands get to A2.5, the hands would want to flip over and flatten the club out a ton.  Still trying to figure out how to roll the forearms a bit open and not just roll the club inside a ton.  Figure out the timing to get the hands down. Still getting a bit of right elbow collapsing in the downswing because the arms are too high when I turn. Everything is happening sooner now. If the hips are controlled, the backswing is shortened. Because it is shortened I don't know when to get the hands down and I just turn because the downswing is a go.  Very slow (50%) swings are decent.
    • Distances look fine, no?
    • Day 207-12 Wider backswing and arm reconnecting in downswing. Did a much better job with proper wrist movements through downswing today.
    • Trackman place today. I broke my tripod so could only film by hand the video the venue’s cameras generated. This is an 8 iron. Amazing how odd this feels relative to how it looks. Not similar!
